ZACME 8.4 QT Stand Mixer
If you’re serious about baking from home, a good stand mixer is one of those things that can make your life SO much easier.
I recently added the ZACME 8.4 QT stand mixer to my home bakery setup, and this thing has been such a game changer for the amount of baking I do.
When you’re making multiple batches of cookies, cinnamon rolls, buttercream, brownie batter, or basically anything that requires a lot of mixing, having a larger-capacity mixer means you can spend less time fighting with your mixing bowl and more time actually baking.
I especially love having a large mixer for home bakery production because I’m not just making one batch of cookies for my family. I’m often making multiple flavors and multiple batches at once.
And let me tell you… when you’re standing in your kitchen surrounded by ingredients, packaging, cookie dough and a million other things, anything that saves you time and effort is worth its weight in gold. 😂
Why I love it
• 8.4-quart capacity
• Great for larger batches of cookie dough
• It has a light! My eyes can see things (this sounds so silly but a lot of times I am baking early and late… the light helps!)
• The Timer! I can keep track of how long I have mixed things, I can set it to mix for x amount of time so that I can walk away to do other things… 10/10 this is such an under-hyped feature
• It has suction cups! That sounds so silly but the bottom of this mixer actually suctions to your counter! When I would mix larger batches in my Kitchenaid it was CONSTANTLY tap dancing around on my counters. To the point I really thought it would walk away. I have yet to have this mixer move!
This is one of the pieces of home baking equipment I reach for constantly, and if you’re building your own home bakery, I definitely think a larger-capacity stand mixer is worth considering.
